Our Story
Vancouver IBC Tanks was founded in 2009 by Marcus Wellington, who saw an opportunity to create a sustainable business model around the collection, reconditioning, and resale of Intermediate Bulk Containers. What began as a small operation with just three employees has grown into the Lower Mainland's leading IBC tank supplier.
Our mission from day one has been simple: provide businesses with affordable, quality IBC tanks while promoting environmental sustainability through reconditioning and recycling. We believe that every tank deserves a chance at a second life before being recycled, and we've built our entire operation around this philosophy.
Today, our team of over 40 professionals operates from a 25,000 square foot facility in Burnaby, where we process thousands of tanks annually. We serve hundreds of businesses across industries including agriculture, food and beverage production, chemical manufacturing, landscaping, and more.
