How quickly can you deliver tanks?
For in-stock items, we typically deliver within 24-48 hours in the Greater Vancouver Area. Larger orders or special requests may take longer. Contact us for specific timing.
Do you offer pickup at your facility?
Yes! Customers are welcome to pick up tanks from our Burnaby location. This saves on delivery costs. Please schedule your pickup in advance so we can have your order ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, cheque, and major credit cards. For established business accounts, we offer net 30 payment terms. Payment is typically due upon delivery or pickup.
Can you provide documentation for compliance?
Absolutely. We provide cleaning certificates, inspection reports, and documentation of previous contents when available. For food-grade tanks, we include sanitization certificates.
Do you service tanks on-site?
For certain services, yes. Our repair technicians can perform valve replacements and minor repairs at your location. Major repairs and cleaning are done at our facility.
