Can you deliver to my residential address?
Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses. Please let us know so we can dispatch an appropriate vehicle. Cube vans are often better suited for residential areas.
What if I don't have a forklift at my location?
No problem. Our trucks are equipped with onboard forklifts or tailgates for offloading. We can place tanks at ground level or stack them as needed.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Ensure clear access for our vehicle (flatbed needs about 30ft of clearance), designate where you want tanks placed, and have someone available to sign for delivery.
Can you pick up empty tanks when delivering full ones?
Absolutely! We regularly do tank swaps. Let us know how many empty tanks you'll have ready and we can take them on the return trip.
Do you transport filled tanks?
Yes, we can transport tanks containing liquids. We need to know the contents for safety and handling purposes. Hazardous materials transport may have additional requirements.
What's the maximum number of tanks per load?
Our flatbed trucks can carry up to 30 empty tanks or 16-18 filled tanks per load. For larger orders, we arrange multiple trips or schedule over several days.
